He helped me when I was lost as to how to proceed with reconstruction after DMX. I was obviously overwhelmed and wanted to just be rid of it all, but he suggested a great alternative that left me with results so much better than I could have ever expected. Forever grateful. 1 year update: He keeps monitoring my results and even treating minor issues like the appearance of my scars, due to my own keloid-prone scarring. Dr. Porras was amazing doing my surgery last year. I had a BBL with fat transfer. He has given me confidence in wearing jeans shorts, and dresses. I feel so happy to have met him and to have the results I have a year later.  It still looks amazing!!! I would recommend him 100% Marina is amazing also. She always answered my questions and put me ease. Thank you Dr. Porras!!!!
